Each client is assigned dedicated shelves or bins, ensuring no mix-ups. Our warehouse has CCTV, secure storage, and regular inventory audits.

4. How fast are orders dispatched?

All confirmed orders received before the daily cut-off are dispatched the same day through our courier partners. Orders after cut-off go out the next working day.

5. Can I track my stock and parcels in real time?

Yes. You’ll have live access to a shared Google Sheet updated daily, plus end-of-day email summaries with stock, dispatches, and returns.

6. Which courier partners do you work with?
